Service Policy


A.Huaxing Warranty Policy
  Thank you for choosing Huaxing mobile phone. We offer warranty service according to Stipulations on Responsibility for Repair, Replacement or Return of Mobile Phone Handsets published by national authority on November 15th, 2001. In case of any inconsistency or omission between Huaxing Warranty Policy and national regulations, the latter shall prevail.
  1. Has any failure listed in List of Mobile Phone Performance Failures occurred within 7 days from the date of purchase, purchaser can choose to repair, replace or return the phone.
  2. Has any failure listed in List of Mobile Phone Performance Failures occurred in the 8th to 30th day from the date of purchase, purchaser can choose to repair or replace the phone.
  3. Please fill in the warranty card with complete, correct and real information, require and properly keep your invoice when purchasing your mobile phone.
  4. Purchasing invoice is valid only when marked with information including International Mobile Equipment Identity number (IMEI, 15-digit number on the back of the phone behind the battery), serial number of accessories (battery, charger, etc.), product model, date of purchase, seller’s stamp and amount of money.
  5. Valid warranty card and invoice are basic guarantees for your rights. (Valid warranty card and invoice are the ones with complete, real and correct information with no corrections.) If you lose your valid invoice and warranty certificates, and cannot provide their copies, we will offer 1-year free warranty service starting from the 90th day after the date of production of your mobile phone.
  Please note that warranty service is confined to products selling in mainland China.

B.Warranty Descriptions and Principles
  1. The warranty is valid only when the mobile phone is properly used. The warranty does not cover deliberate damage and the following: (in which case, repair fee will be charged if customer requests for repair.)
   a. Warranty period has expired.
   b. Damage caused by human factors, including use in abnormal conditions or not consistent with the instructions.
   c. Self repair and modification, or repair attempted by any unauthorized service center.
   d. Damages by force majeure (e.g. water, fire, earthquake and lightning)
   e. No warranty card and valid purchasing certificates can be presented, or product model or bar code is inconsistent or has been altered.
   f. Normal wear and tear (including the case, keyboard, screen, antenna and accessories)
  g. Failure, defect or flaw that is not caused by our company.
  h. Bar code or warranty label is damaged and beyond recognition.
    2. Others
     a. Mobile phones with appearance damages (e.g. wear and tear or scratches) cannot be returned.
     b. Failures caused by wireless network or carriers are not covered in the warranty.
   c. Oral promises of retailers that are beyond the warranty principles are invalid. No service shall be provided.
    3. Products according with replacement requirements can be replaced at our authorized center. Mobile phone with failure can be replaced with a new one of the same model and type. Mobile phone with problems in accessories can only have accessories replaced.
    4. Products can be repaired at any of our authorized center nationwide.

C.Repair and Pick-up
    1. Customer shall fill in the Inew Mobile Phone Repair Form with clear and valid information including customer’s name, address, contact number and the failure of the phone.
    2. Please backup and then delete all information and data (including contact numbers, SMSs and pictures) stored in your mobile phone before having it repaired to avoid losing, damaging or leaking information in the process of detection and repair. In no circumstances shall inew after-service center or its staff be liable for backup or restoring the information and data, or the lost, damage or leakage of information and data in the phone. Respecting your privacy, (unless necessary,) we will not transmit, backup or censor your information and data. But we reserve the right to refuse providing service to any illegal content.
 3. Customer can pick up his/her phone with customer receipt of Inew Mobile Phone Repair Form. If the receipt is lost, customer shall report the lost at the same after-service center with his/her own ID card or valid certificate, and can pick up his/her phone in 7 days.

B.Warranty Descriptions and Principles
Q: Why does the Y3 four-core 3G network lost net connection sometimes?
A: The mismatch of 3G network parameter in some regions and countries may lead to the lost of connection. Please download corresponding RAR at Download Center and operate according to the instructions.

Q: What does “Reset DRM” mean?
A: Resetting DRM means to restore factory default settings. The system will not be upgraded, but may lead to an unstable system. If so, please download the official upgrade package to solve the problem.
